County.

I, John Handly, of the County of Greenbrier do hereby
make my last will and testament in manner and form followings that is
to say 1st I desire and bequeath to my son
Joseph Handly three head of
horses beasts namely one horse named Ned one bay mare and one gray and
waggon and a bond on Robert Calhoun of three hundred dollars with its
interest a bond on John Willson one hundred forty seven and fifty cents
with its interest a bond on Archabald Handley of $90.00 with a credit
of $10.00 and all the remaining debts due to me and out of the moenys
ariseing from the above named bonds my son Joseph Handley is to pay all
my just debts and funeral expences and to pay to the other heirs herin
after named.
2nd. I bequeathe to my son Isaac Handley three head of horses beasts namely
one bay mare and colt and two year old horse colt.
3rd. I bequeath to my son Robert Handley two hundred dollars which moneys
my son Joseph Handley is to pay Robert Handley one year after the death
of Joseph McClintic senior.
4th. I bequeath to my daughter Grozilla Caraway one bay two year old filly.
5th. I bequeath to the heirs of my son John Handley five dollars which
my son John Handly is to pay.
6th. I bequeath to heirs of my son William Handley five dollars which
Joseph Handley
is to pay.
7th. I bequeath to my daughter Mary Livesay three hundred dollars which
my son Joseph Handley is bound to pay her by an article which is on record
in the clerks office
in Greenbrier county.
And lastly I do hereby appoint my son Joseph Handley Executor of this
my Last Will
and Testament hereby revoking all other or former wills or
testaments by one heretofore made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this
sixth day of March in the year of our Lord 1834.

will and testatment in the presence and hearing of us who at this request
and in his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses
