Discover new stories and find family connections in our Archive and Library, the premiere collection of Greenbrier Valley history in the region. Located in the North House, the Archive and Library are home to our genealogical records, Greenbrier County courthouse documents and marriage bonds, and much more. Whether you are interested in researching a particular person or would like to browse through some local Greenbrier Valley history, a volunteer researcher would be more than happy to help you. The GHS Archive and Library is open to the public free of charge. As a volunteer-run component of the Greenbrier Historical Society, the Archive and Library appreciates donations for any research assistance.
